Practice Nurse – 24 Hours per Week (Mon-Wed)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team for 24 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday).

About the Role:
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care within our treatment room, including wound care, immunisations, cervical screening, and other general practice nursing duties. An interest or experience in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD) is highly desirable, as you will contribute to ongoing care for patients with long-term conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC registered Practice Nurse
• Proven experience in a treatment room setting
• Interest or experience in chronic disease management
