Practice Nurse with a diabetes qualification or interest – 24 Hours per Week

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Nurse with a diabetes qualification or interest to join our friendly and supportive team for 24 hours per week .

About the Role:
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care within our treatment room, including wound care, immunisations, cervical screening, and other general practice nursing duties. An interest or experience in chronic disease management - diabetes,is highly desirable, as you will contribute to ongoing care for patients with long-term conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

• NMC registered Practice Nurse
• Proven experience in a treatment room setting
• Interest or experience in chronic disease management
