Here we are in spring 2012 and as usual, the Surgery moves ever on :
From 1st of May we welcome back Dr Cahill, who many will remember from her registrar training year here, returns "full time" to re-join the clinical staff. Drs Wilson and Smith will be reducing their hours with us: Dr Wilson will be attending Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Dr Smith on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This change coincides with Dr Wilson's 40th anniversary of becoming a GP and, we hope, be part of the ongoing evolution of the Surgery as we respond to the twin challenge of the passage of time and circumstance.

You will also find within these pages details of our Patient Reference Group (PRG) that formed in August last year. If you are interested in joining the group (and we are particularly looking for representatives of younger patients or different viewpoints) please let the reception know or look out for flyers in the surgery. In addition to the "formal" PRG meetings we also have an "irregular" email "PRG+" for the widest possible audience so if you use email and want to join, let us know.
The suggestions box remains in the surgery and we hope to roll out an "online" version here in the next few months - let us know what you think of our changes.

About Us
The Milton Surgery is a long established family practice in a residential area of Weston-super-Mare. The Clinical team consists of six General Practitioners, a GP registrar, three practice nurses, a health care assistant and a phlebotomist.
Looking after around 9,100 patients, disabled access to the surgery is good and there is plenty of on-street parking.
